| 摘 要： | 通过引入一个独立参量及Beta函数, 应用实分析的方法估算权函数, 建立了一个全平面上具有最佳常数因子的非齐次核逆向的Hilbert型积分不等式, 并给出了它的具有最佳常数因子的等价形式.

| Abstract: | Introducing an independent parameter and the Beta function, and using the way of real analysis and mathematical technique to estimate the weight functions, the author proved a new reverse Hilbert type integral inequality in the plane with a nonhomogeneous kernel and a best constant factor and presented anequivalent form with a best constant factor. |
