一株极端耐盐曲霉的分离、 鉴定及生物学特性分析

摘    要:从晒盐场盐池周边的风干野生植被表面分离筛选到1株极端耐盐菌株CCHA, 通过形态观察及ITS序列分析对菌株进行鉴定, 并对其生物学特性、 耐盐性及金属耐受性进行分析. 研究结果表明: 菌株CCHA与 21株己报道的曲霉属菌株同源性为55.9%~100%; 其生长温度范围为25~45 ℃, 最适温度为35 ℃; 生长pH值范围为2.5~12.0, 最适pH值为5.0~8.0; 生长盐度范围为0~31%, 最适盐度为5%; 对Cu2+有较强的耐受性. 鉴定该菌株为曲霉菌(Aspergillus sp.).

Abstract:A halo tolerant strain CCHA was isolated from the surface of wild vegetation around saltern, identified by the morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis, and their biological characteristics, salt resistance and metal tolerance were analyzed. The homology of ITS sequence between CCHA and each of other 21 Aspergillus strains which have been reported was 55.9%-100%; growth temperature range of it was from 25 ℃ to 45 ℃, the optimum at35 ℃; growth pH range of it was from 2.5 to 12.0, the optimum at 5.0-8.0; salinity range of it was 0-31%, the optimum at 5%; and the strain exhibited higher tolerance to Cu2+. CCHA strain was identified as Aspergillus sp.
