建立我国风险资金运作管理监控体系刍议

当前国外的风险投资公司管理监控模式主要是“投资者——风险资本家——风险企业”的二级管理监控体系。它存在着监管力度弱,持续性差,实时处理能力弱等缺陷。为此,作者设想在风险投资公司对风险企业投资后,通过设立风险项目责任小组对风险企业的经营进行实时监控,实现监管的专职专业化,则将加强风险投资公司对风险企业的监管力度,降低风险项目的风险性,进而提高投资收益。

Some Remarks on the Establishment of Operation,Management and Monitoring Systems for China's Risk Fund

The current managing and monitoring model of the risk investment companies in foreign countries is a two -level managing and monitoring system, i. e. "investor-risk capitalist - risk enterprise , which has the deficiencies of weak monitoring capability, poor endurance and weak real -lime treatment ability. So the author of this paper proposes the way to lower the risk of the risk project and to increase the investment benefit through the channels of establishing the obligation group of the risk project, real - lime monitoring of the risk enterprise management, specialization of monitoring job and strengthening the monitoring force.
