| 摘 要： | 本文以参加1986年世界杯体操赛女子平衡本决赛的八名优秀运动员为主要研究对象,通过分析其整套自选动作的难度、组织编排和完成情况,阅读国内外文献资料,比较详细地论述了当前女子平衡木技术发展的特点。希望能对提高我国平衡木的技术水平和体操科学化训练起促进作用,并为今后平衡木的科学研究提供有价值的参考材料。

| Abstract: | This paper taking the eight gymnasts who attended the final on BB.at The 1986 World Cup Artistic Gymnastic as a major object of study gives a detail discussion to th new characteristics of the technique on BB. through analysing difficulties, arrangenments and executions in whole sets of optionals performed by them and consults the relevant documents home and abroad. we hope that the discussion in this paper will play a promotive role in improving techniques on B.B. further and in scientific training、Also we offer the valuable reference material for scientifc research on B.B. in the future. |
