阔叶材和阔叶材刨花板的天然耐腐力

摘    要:<正>本研究用两种腐朽菌:变色多孔菌和褶孔菌对生长在美国南方松林区的九种阔叶材和用它们制造的刨花板进行了腐朽试验。试验结果表明:所有试验的九种阔叶材和用它们制造的刨花板对变色多孔菌的抵抗力都比对褶孔菌的抵抗力大得多,白栎木材对两种腐朽菌的抵抗力最大,但由它制得的刨花板的抗腐力却不是最大,而是由美国白蜡树材制得的刨花板的抗腐力最大。由美洲榆和弗吉尼亚木兰木材制得的刨花板抗腐力最小。

Abstract:This study was undertaken to determine the natural decay resistance of wood and flakeboards from nine hardwoods growing on southern pine sites in U. S. A. The solid wood test specimens, which were cut from the same logs as flakes for the flakeboard, were used for the purpose of comparison. Two test fungi, i. e. Lenzites trabea Pers. ex Fr. (Lt) and Polyporus versicolor L. ex Fr. (Pv), were used. The results indicated that effect of Lt on weight loss was significantly-greater than that of Pv for all nine species of hardwoods and their flakeboards. As expected, solid white oak was highly resistant to both Lt and Pv. However, the decay resistance of the white oak flakeboard was not as effective. Within the range of experiment, the white ash flakeboards were the most resistant and the sweetbay and American elm flakeboards were the least resistant to both Pv and Lt after 12 weeks of exposure.
