粉喷桩桩芯压浆补强工程实践

摘    要:粉喷桩是处理软弱地基的主要方法之一,本文从桩体本身和桩与土相互作用原理出发分析了水泥土搅拌法的加固机理,通过工程实例分析了产生质量问题的原因,并提出了压浆补强的处理方案。通过静载试验结果表明,采用压浆补强的处理方案能够有效地提高复合地基承载力。

Abstract:DJM is an important technique of treating soft foundations engineering. The paper analyzes reinforcement principles of cement deep mixing based on interaction between piles and pile and soil. During special engineering we find the reasons of quality questions and provide solving measures of Mortar Grouting and Reinforcement of Pumping Area. According to test observation data of static load piles, Mortar Grouting and Reinforcement of Pumping Area technique proves to be effective to improve bearing capacity of composite foundation.
