| 摘 要： | 应用无水体系 (均相法 ) ,以 5 氟脲嘧啶 ( 5 FU)为原料 ,与芳酰氯在温和的反应条件下 ,通过N( 3)位上的芳酰化 ,合成了 6种未见文献报道的 1 N 苄基 3 N 芳酰基 5 氟脲嘧啶化合物 ,其结构已经被IR ,1 HNMR和元素分析结果所证实

| Abstract: | Six new 1 N Benzy1 3 N aroy1 5 fluorouracil derivatives were synthesized in anhydrous system from 5 fluorouracil via the aroylation on N(3) in the mild conditions.On the basis of IR, 1HNMR and elementary analysis,their structures had been confirmed. |
