| Abstract: | Based on the needs of the international anti-imperialism and anti-hegemonism struggle and the domestic socialist construction, MAO Ze-dong paid great attention to developing the science and technology, he has made the strategic decision of giving priority to the development of the sophisticated science and technology, laying stress on and cultivated the sci-tech talents, realizing the modernization of science and technology through the technical revolution, and reaching the goal of enriching the country and strengthening the army. |
