| Abstract: | To solve the problem of positioning the status and roles of directors in educating creative undergraduates, we propose that directors should positively carry the directive function in undergraduates' innovative practice, and introduce our specific deeds from innovative ideology, innovative spirit, innovative ability and innovative personality. |
