环模真空气淬工艺研究

摘    要:真空气淬是提高环模表面质量和内在质量的重要热处理工艺手段。为了能有效地降低环模的热处理变形量,还必须配以合适的工装。通过分析H3636气淬真空炉的加热冷却特点,设计制作了三种工装,分别应用于不同尺寸、不同数量环模的真空气淬。

Abstract:Vacuum Gas - quenching is an important means to improve the external and internal quality of circular mould. The reasonable technological parameters and suitable fixture are the effective path to solve the deformation. After analyzing the characteristic of H3636 vacuum gas - quenching stove's heating and cooling, three apparatuses have been produced, which are respectively applied to the vacuum gas- quenching of different sizes with different moulds.
