新型稀土Schiff碱配合物的合成、表征和抗菌活性

摘    要:合成了11种新型的单水杨醛缩赖氨酸Schiff碱与稀土硝酸盐的配合物[M(NO3)L]NO3(M=La,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Y;HL=C13H18N2O8,N-亚水杨基-6-氨基赖氨酸).经元素分析、摩尔电导、红外和紫外光谱、热重分析对配合物进行了表征.配合物中稀土离子的配位数为6.抗菌实验表明配合物具有较强的抗菌生物活性.

Abstract:Eleven solid complexes of the type [M(NO_3)L]NO_3(M = La,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Y;HL = C_13H_18N_2O_8,N-salicylidene-6-aminolysine) derived from Schiff base of salicylidenelysine acid were synthesized.These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis,conductivity measurement,thermal studies,IR and electronic spectra.Their coordination numbers were set to 6.The antibacterial experiments indicated that they have high antibacterial activities against escherichia coil,bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus.
