摘    要:根据正交试验表L16(45),对海水盐度、NH4+-N质量浓度、NO2--N质量浓度、pH及感染WSSV的量各4个水平进行研究,发现这些因素对凡纳滨对虾存活时间的影响大小顺序为:pHWSSVNO2--NNH4+-N盐度。其中,pH、WSSV、NO2--N、NH4+-N与凡纳滨对虾的平均存活时间的相关性达到极显著水平(P0.01),而盐度与凡纳滨对虾的平均存活时间的相关性没有达到显著水平(P0.05)。

Abstract:According to the orthogonal test Tab. L16(45), the effects of 5 factors (salinity, NH+4-N, NO-2-N, and pH of seawater and quantity of WSSV)with 4 levels on the survival time of L.vannamei were investigated. The results indicated that the contribution of those 5 factors to the mean survival time of L.vannamei was sequenced as pH>WSSV>NO-2-N>NH+4-N>salinity. The coefficients between the mean survival time of L.vannamei and WSSV, pH, NO-2-N, and NH+4-N were significant (P<0.01), and the coefficient between the mean survival time of L.vannamei and salinity was not significant (P>0.05).
