填充柱气相色谱固定相吸滤涂渍法

摘    要:对一种新的气相色谱固定相制备形式--吸滤涂渍法进行了初步研究。结果显示:与常规涂渍法制备的色谱柱相比,当氢气为载气,孔径为018~030mm的6201红色载体涂渍不同配比的邻苯二甲酸二壬酯时,此类柱子在30~80ml·min-1范围内Heff~F曲线平滑。小范围温度波动(△t=20~30℃)和大范围配比变化(5%~17%)对Hef~F曲线的形状影响不大,且(Hef)min总在2mm上下。几乎在所有测试条件下吸滤涂渍法制备的色谱柱的柱效都高于常规涂渍法,增加的百分率在18%~187%不等。

Abstract:A new procedure called suction straining coating method for the preparation of gas chromatographic stationary phase was reported The study showed that the testing column′s H eff ~ F curves are smooth within 30~80 ml·min -1 , the temperature change (△t=20~30℃) and the percentage (5%~17%) of liquid phase do not affect the shape of the column′s H eff ~ F curve very much The effective number of plate of a column prepared by the suction straining coating method always higher than those by the normal cooting methods The increment has reached 18%~187% The chromatographic conditions are: Carrier gas-H 2 ; Support-6201 Red (aperture 0 18~0 30 mm); Stationary phase-Dinonyl phthalate; Column-stainless steel (4 mm i d ×1 m); Detector-TCD
