摘    要:通过结构优化设计可以获得重量轻刚度好的复合材料火炮身管。根据设计要求,建立复合材料身管结构优化模型,以各层材料厚度和复合材料层的缠绕角为优化设计变量,身管强度和重量为约束条件,身管刚度为优化目标。结合有限元计算模型和复形调优法,建立复合材料身管结构优化的求解框架,并进行了编程求解。优化算例表明,复合材料身管在满足强度和减重要求的条件下,一阶固有频率提高了12.14%。

Abstract:Light weight and high stiffness composite material barrel can be obtained by a structure optimal design. According to the design requirements, the structure optimization model of a composite material barrel is established, The stiffness of barrel is defined as design objective. The thicknesses and winding angles of the composite material layers are defined as design variables and the structure weight and strength of barrel as constraints. Integrated with finite element method and complex method, the optimization solution frame is established and the code is developed, An optimal example indicates that the fundamental frequency of the composite material barrel increased by 12.14% with the requirement of strength and weight of barrel.
