农民工资收入与受教育程度关系研究

以农村人力资本为切入点，把人力资本理论运用到农村人力资本投资研究分析中，通过规范分析和实证分析，具体论证了农民受教育程度与农民工资收入的关系，以工资收入为被解释变量，以农民受教育平均年限为解释变量，对二者的关系进行了实证分析，通过研究发现，农民受教育程度与工资收入之间有显著的正相关关系，即农民受教育年限越长，其所得的工资收入就越高。最后结合我国农村实际情况，为提高我国农民工资性收入提出了相应的对策和建议。

Study on Relationship between Wages Income and Level of Education of Farmers

This paper regards capital investment of rural manpower as the breakthrough point, applies the capital theory of manpower to the capital investment of rural manpowerinto researching and analyzing, analyzes through theory analysis and real example to study the relationship on farmers＇ wage and level of education. Applying average wage income as independent variables and average years of education as dependent variable, regression analysis is made between average wage and average years of education. The result shows that there is obvious positive correlation connection between them. At last, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are promoted to improve presents＇ wage income.
