摘    要:采用简易氢化法应用于电感耦合高频等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP—AES)同时测定了人发中的痕量元素硒、砷,所用氢化物发生装置,具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。该方法的检出限为硒1.2ng/mL,砷1.0ng/mL,在1.0μg/mL浓度下,其相对标准偏差分别为3.9%和2.1%,回收率为95.1%和92.3%。应用于饮用水、茶叶等环境和生物样品中硒、砷的测定,均取得令人满意的结果。

Abstract:A method for the determination of Se and As in human hair by hydride generation inductively coupled plasma--atomic emission spectroscopy is described. The optimum working parameters were obtained by experiments,and the detection limits of selenium and arsenicwere 1, 2ng/mL and 1. 0ng/mL,respectively. The method was simple and rapid,and results were satisfactory.
