公办高校与民办高校学生权益满意度的比较

为了解公办高校与民办高校学生权益满意度现状及差距,论文主要运用问卷调查法,对公办高校与民办高校进行了IPA现状分析（重要性-绩效分析）与差异化检验,研究结果表明：公办高校与民办高校学生在各权利重要性与学校绩效的感受上有类似之处,不管是公办高校还是民办高校,学生都非常重视自己的合法权益,但就学生在对待自己所在的高校的实际表现来看,公办高校与民办高校的学生的感知度存在非常明显的差异.从学生的感知缺失角度而言,公办高校学生满意度略高于民办高校学生,但整体满意度偏低,这意味着高校在维护学生权益方面的效果还不甚理想,权益保护机制的建设任重而道远.

The Comparison of Students＇ Rights Satisfaction Between Public Universities and Private Universities

To gain some knowledge of ttle situations and differences of students ~ rights satisfaction between public universities and private universities, this article carries out an IPA analysis of the present situation of public universities and private universities{ im- portance - performance analysis） and a test of differentiation. The results are ： there are some similarities in terms of students＇ feel- ing for tile importance of rights and the performance of school between public universities and private universities; students of either public universities or private universities attach great importance to their own rights; but there are also some obvious differences in terms of students＇ attitude towards their own schools ＇ acttml performances between public universities and private universities. As far as students＇ loss of perception is concerned, the satisfaction of public universities＇ students is a bit higher than that of private uni- versities＇ students, but file overall satisfaction is low, which means that universities haven＇t achieved ideal effect in protecting their students＇ rights, and there is a long way to go for constructing a system of rights protection.
