摘    要:通过介绍股权激励,在股权分置完成的大背景下,对其股权的可预见性、缺失的风险效应和在行权价上的设计灵活性等方面进行定性分析,并结合我国实际,试图寻找一些规律性的指导意见,以达到激励效用的最大化.

Abstract:This paper has introduced the equity-based incentives,and then,under the background of completing the equity division,it has made a qualitative analysis of predictability of its equity,the effect of missing risk,design flexibility in the right price.Based on the reality in China,it attempts to find some regulations of instruction in order to achieve the maximization of incentive effectiveness.
