电气化工程的社会影响及其文化意蕴

这里针对两个问题展开讨论，一个是工程的社会影响究竟有多大？从历史发展脉络中我们看到了电气化工程促进了人类社会工业化进程；加快了人类社会城市化发展；改变了人类社会农业生产方式；改善了人类社会的生活方式和家庭生活质量；推动了人类社会全球化变迁；但也对生态环境造成相当程度的破坏。另一个问题是电气化工程的社会影响何以可能？通过实证主义、实用主义、历史主义和建构主义等哲学思想，我们看到了在工程中所蕴合的科技理论的逻辑性和经验性；工程运行的实用性和简单性；工程范式的历史性和转换性以度工程实践的建构性和境遇性等文化意蕴。

The Social Influence of Electrification and Its Cultural Meaning

This paper focuses on two problems. One is how much influence on earth engineering has on the ,society. From the development of electrification, we notice the social impact of electrification. In the human society it promotes the progress of industrialization, accelerates the development of urbanization, changes the ways of agricultural production, improves the life style and the quality of family life and advances the social changes of globalization. However, it does some damage to ecosystem to a great extent. The other problem is how possible the ,social influence of electrification is. From the philosophical meaning, such as positivism, pragmatism, historism and constructivism, we understand some logicality and empiricist in the theories of science and technology, practicability and simplicity in the operation of the engineering, the history and conversion in the paradigm of engineering, and the constructivism and contextualization in the practice of engineering.
