| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度的ＡＢＴ２号生根粉溶液分别处理陇蜀杜鹃二年生嫩枝后扦插在沙土混合（１：１）的基质上；用同一浓度处理陇蜀杜鹃二年生枝条后扦插在不同基质上。结果表明：用ＡＢＴ２号生根粉溶液处理陇蜀杜鹃枝条，能显著提高枝条生根率，其中浓度以１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的效果最好，生根率达６６．７％，四种扦插基质以河沙效果最好，生根率达４５．５％。

| Abstract: | After soaked in ABT2 solution of different cousentrotiones, the biennial tender branches of Rhododendron przewalskii were cuttaged in the mixed media of cutting sand and soil( 1:1) ; After it was soaked in ABT2 solution of the same consentrotion, the biennial tender branckes of Rhododendron przewalskii were cuttaged in diffrent media of cutting. Result showed that: (l)ABT2 increase the percentage of strike root of Rhodoendron przewalskii to 66.7% ,the best concentration is l0mg/kg. (2)The best media of cutting is sand,and the percentage of strike root reach 45.5% . |
