桉叶多酚种质资源筛选

摘    要:桉叶中多酚含量丰富,是一类具有开发价值的天然活性物质。对国内多个品种桉叶的多酚含量进行比较,为桉叶多酚的开发利用进行资源筛选。选择了四川、广西、湛江和广州的主要桉树品种,15种桉叶进行桉叶多酚提取和抗氧化活性筛选,其中湛江广林9号、广林29号以及广西广林9号的桉叶多酚含量和抗氧化活性均高于其它品种,可作为桉叶多酚提取原料。另外对桉叶的干燥处理方法进行了考察,结果表明阴干的桉叶多酚含量高,抗氧化活性强。

Abstract:With high content in the Eucalyptus leaves, the polyphenols is a kind of natural active substance for great exploitation value. In order to make good use of the Eucalyptus polyphenols recources, different Eucalyptus cultivars were screened by their Amounts of total phenolic content.15 main cultivars of Eucalyptus from Sichuan, Guangxi, Zhanjiang, Guangzhou, were extracted to determine their total phenolic content and test their Antioxidant activity. The results showed that Guanglin NO.9, Guanglin NO.29 from Zhanjiang and Guanglin NO.9 from Guangxi, which were more suitable to be the raw material for exploiting the Eucalyptus polyphenols recources, had higher total phenolic content and stronger antioxidant activity. The effect of different drying methods on Eucalyptus leaves were compared, and the result indicated that the leaves were placed in the shade to dry was better than that of in the sun.
