摘    要:为满足轮边综合驱动和转向电动车各总成布置和实际行驶的需要,提出了该车架的总体设计要求。依据车架结构受力特点及其材料的性能要求,考虑多种工况下车架所受的冲击载荷。用MSC Patran建立有限元模型,对新设计车架进行了强度、刚度校核及模态振型分析。通过分析数据和同类型车的对比表明新车架设计合理,达到了设计预定目的。

Abstract:To meet the demand for assembly arrangement and real driving conditions of the wheel rim driven and steered electric vehicle, the entire design requirements are given. According to the property of frame material, considering the forces and impact loads in many conditions , the finite element model of the frame used to analysis is built by MSC Patran. Through the analysis of strength, stiffness , model and comparing with another electric vehicle, the performance of the new frame is well. It achieves the desirable goals.
