高斯型粗糙面光透射的微扰法研究

摘    要:运用微扰法研究了介质粗糙面的光波透射问题,结合高斯粗糙功率谱导出了不同极化状态下透射系数的数学表达式。数值计算得到了透射系数随透射波的散射系数的变化曲线,讨论了粗糙面高度起伏均方根、相关长度、介质介电常数、入射波频率对散射系数的影响。得到了透射系数的基本特征和随波长变化特征。

Abstract:The optical wave transmission from dielectric rough surface is studied using the small perturbation method, the mathematical expression of transmission coefficient for different polarizations is derived with Gaussian rough surface power spectrum, The curves of the transmission coefficient with varying of the scattering angle of transmission wave are obtained by the numerical calculation. The influences of the height root mean square, correlation length of rough surface, the permittivity of medium, the length of incident wave on the transmission coefficient are discussed. The basic characteristics and the characteristics with the length of incident wave of the transmission coefficient are obtained.
