摘    要:为了实现高性能运算放大器设计自动化的首要环节——“超级电路”的构造,讨论了适于宽带、高速、低功耗、低失真等高性能双极型运算放大器的基本电路模块。介绍了如何用这些模块构造适于自动综合的“超级电路”,用该“超级电路”综合了诸如低功耗、宽带和低失真之类的运算放大器,验证了该方法。给出了用该“超级电路”实现低功耗运放自动综合的实例。

Abstract:High performance operational amplifiers (Op Amps) are widely used in many fields, while the composition of their super circuit is the first step towards the design automation. After addressing the circuitry topologies of bipolar Op Amps with high performances such as wide band, high speed, low power, and low noise, etc., the composition of the super circuit for automatic synthesis is discussed. For validation, the proposed super circuit is applied to the synthesis of low power, wide band, and low distortion Op Amps. A synthesis example of low power Op Amps is presented.
