| 摘 要： | 建立军费效益评价指标体系对于客观评价部队财务工作水平和提高军费使用效益具有重要意义.本文根据新军事变革的特点和军队财务信息化的要求,运用层次分析法设计了军费效益评价的指标体系,并按照层次将指标予以量化,为军队财务部门军费效益的评价和考核提供了一定的参考.

| Abstract: | It is significant for evaluation military financial affairs and enhancing the benefit of military expenditure to build on evaluating index system of military expenditure benefit.This text according to the characteristics of new military transform and the request of army finance informatization,uses analytic hierarchy process to design the index sign system of the military expenditure benefit,quantifying the index according to the different rank,to provide the certain reference for the military financial department benefit evaluation and investigation. |
