脊波导到微带过渡器的仿真设计

摘    要:介绍了转换接头在微波中的重要应用,在分析波导到微带过渡结构的基础上,选用了多节阶梯阻抗变换器的结构形式,用1/4波长契比雪夫阻抗匹配的方法设计了脊波导到微带过渡结构,计算出各个阻抗变换枝节的物理尺寸,并用高频仿真软件HFSS进行了仿真分析,经过多次调试,最终结果在6.5-18GHz范围内驻波小于1.4。其结构简单,适合工程应用,有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:This paper presents an important application of microwave adapter. The impedance match theory is used to analyze the transformation of ridge microguide to microstrip line adapter. The method of quarter wave impedance match theory is used to design the transformer ridge waveguide to microstrip line adapter and analyze its simulation by HFSS. Through lots of adaptation, the physical dimension is given: the VSWR is below 1.4 in the range of 6.5~18 GH.This kind of ridge-waveguide to microstrip line adapter is suitable for project application because of its simple structure.
