健康体育与高等教育的改革要求并不一致,高校作为高等教育及改革的主体,通过一系列的课程改革,将负担起人力、智力培养、科研攻关等任务,以适应知识经济时代的需要,而健康体育思维顺应体育课程改革潮流,只有充分统一确立健康体育认识,才能走出竞技体育的框架,达到以健康为中心的体育课程改革中来.

Healthy sports aren't consistent with high education.As the subject of high education and reformation,high schools will carry personal resource,intellectual support and science conquest after a series of course reforms to meet the demand of the time of knowledge .However the healthy physical idea must be in line with the trend of physical course reforms.Only through fully establishing acquaince towards healthy sports can we step out the frame of athletics sports,and reach the purpose of healthy-centred physical course reforms.
