摘    要:观察尿激酶对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响。方法:对40列发病24h内的急性脑死患者采用尿激酶溶栓治疗,检测患者溶栓治疗前后血液流变学的改变。结论尿激酶有降低血液粘滞性、改善微循环的作用。

Abstract:Aim: To observe the effect of urokinase (UK) on hemorheology of patients with acute cerbral infarction (ACI) .Methods: Forty patients with ACI were given thrombolytic therapy with uk within 24 hours of symptom onset, whose blood rheology were measured before and after thrombolytic therapy. Results: The results demonstrated that whole blood viscosity (b), reduced viscosity (r), plasma viscosity (p), fibringen (PFC), microcirculation strees time (MST) and thrombus formation lime (TFL) dropped significantly after thrombolytic therapy (P < 0. 05); while changes of RBC HCT was not significant statistically(P = 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The rusults showed that UK had the effect of decreasing blood viscosity and improving microcirculation.
