| 摘 要： | 培养学生的创新精神和创新能力是高职院校的重要任务。面对这一任务,高职院校文化建设必须用＂创新文化＂来实现理念创新,用＂以人为本＂观念来进行战略思考,将＂素质教育＂贯穿始终,并通过创新制度保障和促进文化建设为创新人才培养服务,此外,还应当以＂包容并蓄＂来拓宽创新视野。
