Reflections on how to adapt construction of the hospital culture to scientific development

This thesis,in view of learning practice of the scientific outlook of development,concludes and analyzes the current status and the existing problems in the construction of the hospital culture.In order to further adapt to the requirements of the scientific outlook of development,we should sing the harmony theme and build the main positions of culture and try to practice ＂three innovations＂ and ＂three promotions＂ to fully promote scientific and healthy development of the hospital culture construction.
