| 摘 要： | 使用稀土基涂料和稀土镁基涂料实现了灰铸铁件表面层石墨的球化, 在原铁水不同的碳当量和含硫量的情况下, 分析和比较了使用不同涂料处理的灰铸铁表面层的石墨形态和基体组织的变化规律, 以及结晶凝固冷却曲线.

| Abstract: | We used coating containing the rare-earth or rare-earth magnesium to realize successfully spheroidization of graphite in the outer layer of the gray iron castings.On the condition of the liquid iron with different carbon equivalent and sulfur containing, the varying regularities of graphite morphology and matrix structure,crystallization-solidification curves in the outer layer of gray castings treated with different mold coatingswere analyzed and compared. |
