金属带式无级变速器锥盘母线的设计方法

摘    要:分析了金属带式无级变速器中直母线锥盘必然使金属带产生轴向偏移和扭曲的原因·提出了零偏移量锥盘母线的设计原则和设计方法:选择形状简单易加工的曲线作为推块侧边,根据共扼曲线原理和传动的约束条件,求解其共扼曲线作为锥盘母线,以保证变速过程金属带对称线始终与锥盘回转轴线垂直·给出了推块侧边为圆弧的锥盘母线求解方程和算例,确定了推块侧边曲率半径ρ和锥盘角α等主要设计参数的取值范围及其对锥盘母线性能的影响·通过调整设计参数,可以改善锥盘与推块侧边及金属带受力状态,以提高无级变速器的性能·

Abstract:The important design criterion of metal V-belt continuously variable transmissions(CTV) was expounded. The symmetry line of metal V-belt should be perpendicular to the axis of cone discs during the change of ratio. The cause of the axial deviation of a V-belt from its correct position was investigated under the condition of cone discs with straight generatrix. The design method of zero deviation cone disc generatrix was put forward. A simple curve easy to be manufactured is selected as the side of pushing blocks, and then the conjugate curve of the side is used as the cone disc generatrix to follow the motion constraint condition of axial parallel movement of the belt. The generatrix equation and its instance for pushing blocks with arc side were given. The value distributions of principal design variables such as the curvature radius of the pushing block ρ,cone disc angle α and their effect on the performance of generatrix were determined. By adjusting the values of the principal design variabes,the loading state of the belt, the cone disc with the pushing block side and the properties of the metal V-belt CVY can be improved.
