《学记》中的教育规划思想探析

摘    要:教育规划是教育管理领域中的重要组成部分,《学记》作为我国教育史上最早的一篇比较有系统的教育学专著,蕴涵了丰富的教育规划思想:建立了从地方到中央一套完整的教育体系;制订了学校定期考核制度并确立了考核的重点;明确了学校教育的目的;规划了教学内容与教学顺序等。这些思想至今都值得我们珍视和借鉴。

Abstract:Educational programming is an important role of the whole educational administration functions.On Learning is the first systemic educational monograph in China,it contains a great deal of rich ideas on educational programming: establishing an integrated system from the local governments to the central government;drawing merit system and key examination points;stipulating the educational purpose of a school;programming the content and gradation of teaching.All these ideas are extraordinary valuable up to the present.
