| Abstract: | Along with the successive perfection of the market economy system and the sequent publication of various laws and regulations in construction field, the construction cost and the public bidding are required to fit in with the economic laws more and more, and the principle of winning the bidding with the lowest bid price will enter the field of construction engineering contract transactions completely with its scientificness and advancement and make its due contribution for the perfection and normalization of bidding work. |
