| 摘 要： | 干部档案是各级党政组织考察、了解和正确选拔使用干部的重要依据。干部人事档案工作做得好不好，直接影响到干部工作的效率和质量。作者结合工作实际，对当前干部档案管理工作中存在的问题进行了深入剖析，并提出了做好新形势下干部档案管理工作的对策。

Therefore, the management of cadre archives can affect the efficiency and quality of cadre work directly. Combining with its factual work, the author deeply analyzes the existing problems in the current management of cadre archives, and proposes the countermeasures against it. |
