| 摘 要： | 讨论了混合成像系统设计中确定结构参数的难点问题；通过系统的评价函数，利用阻尼最小二乘法，在由混合光学系统的结构参数构成的高度非线性空间中寻找出最优解；给出了混合光学系统自动设计时，确定衍射光学元件相位系数行之有效的方法．

| Abstract: | The diffculties in determining structure parameters of an optical system are discussed. Optimal solution is obtained in the high nonlinear space spanned by structure parameters of a hybrid optical system using the damping least square method. The method to select phase coefficients for automatic disign of Diffractive Optical Elements (DOE) is presented. |
