| Abstract: | Taking Chinese thirty one provinces, municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions as the research objects, this paper analyzes the superiorities and inferiorities of each province and city with factor analysis, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the independent innovative ability of some regions. |
