| Abstract: | Environmental early -warning and monitoring can prevent effectively,and control and eliminate timely environmental pollution incidents.Increasing the level of technical equipment is the guarantee of the early-warning and monitoring,cultivating and training the talented people is the key of the early-warning and monitoring,and the accurate monitoring data are the soul of the early-warning and monitoring. |
