| Abstract: | In this paper a serier of elementary facts and results of numerial expriments about the influences of anomalies inforcing of underlying surface on short-term variations have been introduced. Those show that changes of the forcing arebasic reasons causing short-term climate variations. In addition, it has been pointed out complications in regional short-term climate variatios and some new views and proposals for us to raise further the level of climatic predictions. |
