| 摘 要： | 用神经网络和多元判别分析两种方法来研究公司治理与公司绩效之间的关系。首先假设"公司治理对公司绩效是有效的",然后选取一组包含ST和非ST的上市公司作为研究样本,再通过神经网络和多元判别分析方法来验证。实证结果表明,公司治理变量在一定程度上的确能够区分ST和非ST的上市公司,即公司治理能够对公司绩效进行有效的"判别"。

| Abstract: | This text will try to use the new methods-the Artificial Neural Networks and the Multiple Discriminant Analysis to confirm the efficiency how the corporate governance improves firm's value.Suppose that "corporate governance is efficient to firm's value",and select a group of research sample contains ST and non-ST listed companies.Then use the two new methods to confirm the efficiency.The empirical study result indicates:the corporate governance variables indeed to be able to differentiate the ST and non-ST listed companies in a certain degree corporate governance is efficient to firm's value. |
