运营公路路基病害快速无损综合检测新技术

摘    要:针对现有路基病害无损检测方法检测精度低、速度慢、对交通影响大以及很难在运营公路上进行路基病害检测等问题,本研究从探地雷达、高密度电法及瑞雷波法检测原理出发,对上述3种检测设备进行改造,设计了路基病害综合处理平台,提出了运营公路路基病害快速无损综合检测新技术.研究结果表明,采用空气耦合天线探地雷达,并对高密度电法电极及瑞雷波法检波器布设方法进行改造,可实现公路路基病害快速检测;以不同检测方法检测指标及检测对象互补性为基础,采用多传感器融合的数据采集和处理方法,可实现路基病害综合检测;通过路基病害综合处理平台,可实现路基病害检测数据的联合解译及路基病害的可视化及网格化显示.运营公路路基病害快速无损综合检测新技术的应用,可以提高路基病害检测精度与效率,大大促进路基检测与养护水平的发展.

Abstract:With the characteristics of low testing veracity rate, slow testing speed and im- pact seriously on highway traffic, current subgrade disease nondestructive testing methods are unfit for operation highway. To solve this problem, based on the testing theory of ground penetrating radar, high density resistivity method and rayleigh wave method, through equipment transformation and comprehensive processing platform compilation, new technology of rapid, nondestructive and comprehensive testing for operation highway subgrade disease is presented. The results show that through adopting ground penetrating radar with antenna coupling to air, changing the layout methods of electrode and geophone, rapid testing for subgrade disease can be realized. Based on complementarity in testing ob- ject and index, by the acquisition and process method of multi-sensor fusion, subgrade dis- ease comprehensive testing can be realized. Based on subgrade disease comprehensive pro- cessing platform, combined interpretation of subgrade disease testing dates, visualization and gridding of subgrade disease can be realized. The application of new technology of rap-id, nondestructive and comprehensive testing for operation highway subgrade disease can im- prove the precision and efficiency testing, meanwhile nondestructive testing and maintenance technology for subgrade disease can be greatly promoted.
