小学教师职后学习动机的激发策略

摘    要:学习动机具有激励功能、定向功能、强化功能.小学教师职后学习动机具有内在性、实用性、多样性和深刻性四个显著特征.要激活小学教师职后学习的动机,应强化其学习信心;创设成功的学习情景,让小学教师获得成功体验;注重小学教师的学习实际;适时运用动机迁移;及时反馈学习效果;采取多样化的职后学习形式.

Abstract:Study motivation has inspiriting function,directional function and intensifying function.Study motivation for primary teachers in post-employment concludes four marked features such as internality,practicability,diversity and profundity.In order to activate their motivation,this paper points out certain approaches: intensifying their confidence in study;creating the successful situation of study for them to acquire successful experience;stressing their practical condition of study;exerting motivational transfer at proper time;feedbacking the effect of study in time and adopting diversified forms of study in post-employment.
