| 摘 要： | 音乐素质教育是党的教育方针的重要组成部分，是当代大学生进行素质教育的重要内容。从1999年至今普通高等院校艺术选修课被列入教学计划中以来，素质教育得到了长足的发展，同时也出现了许多应该探讨和解决的问题。该论文针对我省高校音乐素质教育课程设置的发展情况提出几点合理化建议。

| Abstract: | Music quality education is an important part of the Party＇s educational policy and the important content of quality education in colleges and universities. Since 1999, elective art courses have been listed in teaching plan of common universities, quality education has got considerable development. However, there are many problems that should be discussed and solved. This article puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the development of curriculum setting of music quality education in our province. |
