摘    要:为进一步提高高炉电控系统的可靠性,开发了高炉备用DCS系统。备用系统采用研华小型分布式数据采集控制系统ADAM5000系列并组成485网,上位工控机组网采用以太网,组态软件采用Genie3.02。文章分析了该系统的结构组成、功能和实现方法。备用系统是典型的低成本DCS,可以广泛应用

Abstract:To improve reliabitity of electric control system of blast furnace,the backup DCS system is developed. In the system, Advantech Compact distributed data acquisition and control system ADAM5000 seriers is used to connect with 485 network,and workstations of IPC are conneted with Ethernet and configuraton software of Genie 3.02 is adopted.The structure,function and realization of the system are analyzed. The system is a typical DCS system with low cost ,and can be used widely.
