| 摘 要： | 在调研不同类型网球练习者肘关节损伤情况的基础上,从生理解剖、技术、训练等方面对"网球肘"发生的原因作了具体的分析,并根据练习者的特点提出了防治"网球肘"现象的若干对策与方法.

| Abstract: | This article analyse concretely the reason of the "elbow damaged" with the physiological dissection.Technology and training methods and so on.Is investigation and study on the base of different kinds of people who has damaged his elbow in playing tennis.Then,it puts forward some methods to prevent the situation from "elbow damaged",which according to the characteristics of apprentices. |
