地方高校教师教育专业人才培养模式的改革与思考

在高校之间的激烈竞争中,地方高校必须通过改革人才培养模式来提高人才培养质量从而增强竞争力。由于承担培养基础教育师资的职能以及过去创办师范专科的办学历史,地方高校一般都开办了教师教育专业,地方高校只有对传统的师范专业人才培养模式进行改革才能提高人才培养的质量,基础教育课程改革和教师专业化又进一步增强了地方高校教师教育专业人才培养模式改革的紧迫性。地方高校教师教育专业人才培养模式改革的主要内容是人才培养规格、人才培养内容和人才培养方式的改革;在对培养规格、内容和方式进行改革的过程中,要把多样化作为改革的方向。

Reformation and Reflection on Teacher Education Programs in Local Universities

Under intense competition among colleges and universities,local institutes of higher education should enhance their competitive power by optimizing their educational programs to upgrade the overall qualities of their graduates.Since most of the local universities were evolved from teachers’ colleges,the specialty of teacher education has remained one of their social functions to guarantee the supply of teachers for basic education.These colleges and universities are currently seeking innovations for traditional education modes.In addition,the curriculum reform of basic education and the professionalization of teachers have intensified the urgent needs for innovation.These innovations undertaken by local universities mainly cover educational standard,content and methods.It is suggested that diversity should be the orientation of innovation in terms of the above-mentioned three aspects.
