| 摘 要： | 阐述了客户订单解耦点的概念,在此基础上论述了制造环境的演变以及相应的几个阶段的制造模式及其特点,然后从成本角度对几种制造模式作了进一步的讨论与分析,对比企业找到适合自身发展的制造模式或策略具有指导意义和实际应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | This paper elucidates overall "the customer order dis coupled point(CODP)" idea and method, expounds the evolvement of production mode with the changing of manufacturing environment, every production mode character, and their influence on the total product cost. This study is very useful and valuable for enterprises to adapt to the changing, unpredictable market environment. |
