摘    要:运用体视学方法和单细胞凝胶电泳(single cell gel electrophoresis,SCGE)技术,分析了不同浓度噻嗪酮溶液对黑斑蛙胚胎发育和蝌蚪生长的影响以及对黑斑蛙(Rana nigromaculata)外周血细胞DNA的损伤效应.结果表明,500 mg.L-1和2 000 mg.L-1的扑虱灵(25%噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂)溶液对黑斑蛙蝌蚪的生长发育具有一定程度的抑制作用,并能诱导黑斑蛙外周血细胞DNA出现链断裂损伤.

Abstract:Effects of the insecticide buprofezin,a chitin synthesis inhibitor,on development of embryo and growth of tadpole of frog,Rana nigromaculata,were explored,and the genotoxicity of buprofezin for peripheral haemocyte DNA of Rana nigromaculata with single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE) were examined,in order to better understand the mechanisms underlying DNA damage.The results show that Applaud(25% buprofezin wettable powder) concentration in 500 and 2 000 mg ·L-1 could lead to the inhibition of growth and development of tadpoles,and induce DNA strand break damage of peripheral haemocyte.
