| 摘 要： | 采用TOC五步骤法详细地论述了项目进度延迟的原因,提出了相应的对策,并分析和界定了CCM,围绕"项目必须遵守整体优化而非局部优化"这一思想,对项目进度的制约因素进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Based on the five steps of theory of constraints, the writers explain the reasons of delaying project scheduling in detail, puts forward corresponding measures, and analyzes and defines Critical Chain Method. It mainly encircles the idea that project must obey not merely local optimization but optimization on the whole. The writers catch the constraints of project scheduling to expound. |
