摘    要:应用传统的成本和工期管理已经不能够准确反映出成本与进度的绩效水平,更不能进行信息的集成控制。而挣值管理作为一种新兴的项目集成化管理技术,能够实现产品研发进度、成本、质量和技术的综合管理与控制。对此,应结合大中型研发项目的过程特点,在通过行动研究法积累相关实践数据的基础上,运用挣值管理方法作为大中型研发项目日常管理工具的应用管理流程,实现项目管理的正规化和规范化。

Abstract:The cost of application tradition and the time limit management cannot mirror exactly the performance level of cost and progress, not to mention the integration control of information. EVM, as a new project integrated management technique, is able to manage integratively and control product development progress, cost, quality and technique. Therefore, based on the characteristic of the large and medium-sized development project and on the collection of relevant practical data via action research, EVM can be employed as application management procedure in the large and medium-sized development project daily management tool so as to realize regularization and standardization of the project management.
